1.0 Minutes: Cook called the meeting to order at 6:15PM. Jim Crandall motioned to approve the minutes of December 7, 2010. Marshall seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Marshall motioned to approve the minutes of the December 7, 2010 public hearing. Crandall seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

2.0 Driveway Permits -

4.0 Old Business

4.1 Cell Tower discussion- (See Public Hearing minutes)

4.2 CIP request sheets- The Board reviewed the final document. A few changes were made.

4.3 Subdivision Regulations update. Discussion, Schwartz will send out a copy of the latest version for members to read over.

6.1 Notice of Intent to Cut, Spalding, Smith Pond Road, TM#17-010

6.2 Invoice, Fieldstone Land Consultants, for Telecommunications Ordinance review and recommend modifications. – Forward to Dagesse.

7.0  Adjournment- Meeting Date- next Planning Board meeting, February 1, 2011 at 6:35PM. Crandall motioned to adjourn. Schwartz seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
