Planning Board Hearing on Ordinance Changes

 

 

6:30pm called to order.

Sheehy motioned that Fran Greene sit in for Lynn Cook. Marshall seconded the motion. Motion passed.

 

NFIP no comments or questions. The Board moved to stormwater runoff. No questions or comments. Change to Lot area to 4 acres and frontage to 250' minimum lot size. Bissonnette agreed with the increase of the lot size and as a member of the BOA we see very marginal properties trying to squeeze in homes and increasing the size of the lot will make this easier to accomplish. Clarification of setbacks dimensional requirements. No comments/questions. Definitions no comments/questions. Sheehy read the correction to the LUO reference. No questions or comments. Cluster Development Comments on cluster development is in support of the idea of cluster development. Sheehy said that the Town currently does have cluster development but this adds to the open space.

Carol Andrews thanked the Board for all of their hard work and will encourage people to use cluster development.
