Planning Board meeting to discuss the transfer of the business permit for the Washington General Store from the Delisle back to Tom McClure

PB Members present: Lynn Cook, Tom Marshall, Nan Schwartz and Michelle Dagesse

At 11:20 AM, the meeting was called to order by Lynn Cook. Tom made a motion that Michelle sit in for Lionel Chute, Nan seconded the motion, all voted in favor.

We looked at the permit application and discussed the reason for the application. Mr. McClure is taking over the store, which he had previously leased to the Delisles. There is no change to the existing business just a transfer of ownership. He needs the permit put back in his name to obtain his liquor license from the state. This had previously been done for the Delisles, when they leased the store.

Michelle made a motion to approve the permit, Tom seconded the motion and all voted in favor. Lynn signed the permit and Michelle will forward the signed business permit to Tom McClure.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30AM
