Planning Board Hearing on Subdivision Regulations Road Standards Changes

Members present: Lynn Cook, Jim Crandall, Nan Schwartz, Ken Eastman

Public present: None

At 6 PM the hearing was called to order by Lynn Cook

Schwartz explained the changes to the Road Standards section of the Subdivision Regulations that the Planning Board worked on with Ed Thayer. The new wording gives the Public Works Department slightly different specifications than are required for new road construction, as the DPW are more concerned with reconstruction and maintenance. Ken asked if the new wording had been agreed to by Ed Thayer, Schwartz answered that it was. There were no further questions.

A second hearing will be held on July 6^th at 6PM, prior to our next regular monthly meeting.

The hearing was adjourned at 6:15 PM.
