motioned to have Terani sit in for Chute. Schwartz seconded the motion. All
voted in favor.
Cook opened
the Public Hearing at 6PM.
Cook reviewed the application for a pick-your-own fruit orchard with the fellow members. The Board reviewed the site maps that were provided by the Chutes. Marshall said that Thayer looked at the driveway entrance and stated that it is pre-existing. Crandall asked if there was a parking area for five cars on the site map. The Board discussed an area on the site map that could be improved in the future as their business expands. The Chutes agreed that this could be an option. Terani asked if the proposed sign is double sided. Chute said yes and he would provide an application for it to the Board if the business were approved. Cook read the request for a waiver for the parking area setback from 75' to 50'. Crandall motioned to approve the waiver request regarding the parking area and set the area at 50' instead of 75'. Marshall seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
The name of
the proposed business is the All Good Farm for a pick your own fruit orchard.
Cook reviewed to the application to find if all of the information was
provided. The Board reviewed the deeds that were provided with the application.
The Board
found that the application was complete.
