Planning Board Hearing on corrections to the Land Use Ordinance

Members present: Lynn Cook, Jim Crandall, Nan Schwartz, Tom Marshall, Bill Cole and Lionel Chute

Public present: Yvonne Bachand, Ruth and Bill Shannon, Jim Callender and Peter Mellen.

At 6:30 PM the hearing was called to order by Lynn Cook.

Schwartz provided a copy of the proposed changes to the Land Use Ordinance.

Peter Mellen asked if the proposed changes were the same that had been discussed at previous hearings. He was informed they were the same. He asked for some clarifications, which he was provided.

Cook asked if the public had any questions. There being none, Cook requested a motion from the Board.

Chute motioned to accept the changes as presented to the Board and to place these changes on the ballot in March. Crandall seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

Tom Marshall motioned to adjourn the hearing. Crandall seconded the motion. All voted in favor the public hearing was adjourned at 6:40 PM.
