| NH Pistol Permit application- Print, complete in full and submit to the Town Clerk with a $10 fee for a 4 year pistol permit. By law no other form will be accepted in place of the NH standard form. Out of town residents must submit the form to their hometown Town/City Clerk. Out of state residents must submit this form to the NH State Police. Please also read the Applicant Information Form before submitting your application. |
| Washington Police Vacant House Check Request- request to have your home checked temporarily while on vacation or long-term if away for the season. No cost for residents/property owners. Print, complete and mail to the Police Department |
