Pistol Permits
Print, complete in full and submit to the Police Department with a $10 fee for a 4 year pistol permit. By law no other form will be accepted in place of the NH standard form. Out of town residents must submit the form to their hometown Chief of Police. Out of state residents must submit this form to the NH State Police. Please also read the Applicant Information Form before submitting your application.
Other Forms
After completing the forms, you can scan and e-mail it back, drop it off at the Police Department or Selectmen's Office, fax it, or drop it in the mail to the Police Department.
