MINUTES

December 13, 2007

1.0  ASSEMBLY

1.1  Meeting called to order 7:45 PM.

1.2  Members: Johanna Young, Lindley Rankine, and Douglas Cook.

2.0  OLD BUSINESS

2.1  TABLE AT HOLIDAY FAIR

2.1.1       Johanna sold homemade cards at the holiday fair and in total made thirty dollars for the Energy Committee.

2.1.2       Ideas of ways to use the money include a subscription to a energy specific magazine for the town, purchasing energy efficient light bulbs, putting the money towards an educational display for the town.

3.0  MEETING WITH SELECTMEN

3.1  Guy Eaton and Ken Eastman attending.

3.2  The Energy Committee presented the results of the energy audit.

3.2.1       The Selectmen were given copies of the audit report prior to the meeting and discussed a few questions and options with the Energy Committee.

3.2.2       The meeting generated a few questions, including:  Have we approached the School Board with the proposal?  Concerning PSNH's Smart Start Plan the question was asked, could we get the proposed rebates on our own?  Will we be able to cycle in the proposed changes over time, one building at a time?  Will a PSNH representative be available to present their Smart Start Plan?

4.0  ADJOURNMENT

4.1  The meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM
