Board members met at 9am to set up the meeting room for the evening presentation and Schwartz set up the computer and projector. Members then went over the PowerPoint presentation slides, with changes Kluk made after discussion at the meeting the night before. Crandall, Dulac and Kluk planned who would present each section and ran through the slides.

Schwartz made copies of the handout, survey and donation/volunteer sheet.
